Who I am
My name is Luca Sciurti, and I have been passionate about the piano since I was a child. I especially love soundtracks, which I continue to play and compose.
The craft of tuning and repairing pianos was passed down to me by my father, Luigi Sciurti, and my uncle, Giuseppe Sciurti, both well-known figures in the Italian and international scene. Over the years, they have collaborated with institutions such as Teatro alla Scala, the G. Verdi Conservatory, Teatro Arcimboldi, Teatro Dal Verme, Fazioli Pianoforti, Salle Pleyel in Paris, and many other musical institutions.
During my career, I have already had the opportunity to tune pianos for artists such as Paolo Jannacci, Bruce Springsteen, Bon Iver, Radiohead, Riopy, Gile Bae, Bruno Canino, and others. I also prepare and maintain pianos for numerous theaters and concert halls, including the aforementioned ones, as well as recording studios and radio/television productions.
Currently, I am also collaborating with Steinway Scandinavia, providing my services as a tuner and technician for Juhl Sørensen A/S, a leader in the piano industry across the Nordic countries.
My goal is to combine passion and professionalism to offer excellent service, maintaining competitive prices and providing tailor-made assistance for my clients.
